location near the airport

very small room without facilities, the room was outside the guest house and was freezing out there. the webpage stated this guesthouse had 4 stars and the correct rating should be 1-2 stars

Friendly staff, nice common areas, indoor swimming pool, free shuttle to/from airport.

The room was too small for us (with two kids). And way overpriced for what we got (we paid the price of a 5-star hotel (r2500 during the World Cup, that's 250 euro a night for a guesthouse!). R500-700 would have been a more appropriate price for the level of comfort, the location and the level of services. In addition, the heating in our room was not working (and the temperatures are freezing at night in the winter!), we had several power cuts during our stay, etc.. in other words, not recommended unless they drop their price down to r500 or so.

Very poor value for money. No hanging space or drawers in room. Exposed electrical wires in bathroom. Loose toilet. no shower curtain or mirror in bathroom. Traffic less than one metre from room door. Buffett breakfast not replenished. Poor staff reponse to complaints.

Absolutely terrible, very very poor would not have paid 10% of the price paid to stay there. extremely annoyed that I booked this joke of a hotel

Staff; ignorant boers where the staff worked in fear. grimy; old furniture plonked in the room, doors erected for bathrooms but not painted. an absolute disgrace.

It was close to the airport and a nice local pub.

Difficult setting up airport transfer, totally price gauged for World Cup, couldn't shower due to lack of shower curtain, accordion door served as bathroom door. Only stay here if you need a bed for a few hours and close proximity to the airport.

Staff was not service minded. Easy to see / feel, that it was just a money machine during W Cup. Bathroom facilities was a disgrace and in addition not hot water!

The hotel staff were extremely accomodating and made us feel like family.

The room were very old issolation was terrible - you could hear every single noice from the outside. breafast - well betrer nor to remember. the manager was rude and agrresive. the fee for shutle to the empror mall was outraging.
